People
In 1983, I founded TIQUE, Norway’s first international fashion magazine. That early venture opened doors to a global network of extraordinary talent and led me to collaborate with some of the world’s most influential fashion photographers, including Bill King, Guy Bourdin, and Terence Donovan. It was through this work that I found my own path into fashion photography, and the art world.
My career soon took me across the world, with representation in Paris, Milan, and New York. My first assignment in New York was for Oscar de la Renta—an experience that marked the beginning of an exciting international journey.
During the 1990s, I lived in New York and shared an apartment with the artist Per Fronth. It was an exceptional time—immersed in a vibrant creative scene shaped by supermodels, artists, photographers, and cultural icons.
This section, People, is a curated glimpse into that world—portraits and moments from a life spent among remarkable individuals.
