Porsche T 64 1939 Front

A Dream of the Future
In the late 1930s, Ferdinand Porsche pursued a vision far beyond the cars of his time. He set out to build a lightweight, streamlined machine based on the Volkswagen platform, yet designed for speed and endurance. The result was the Typ 64, often referred to as the “first Porsche.” With its aircraft-inspired body and aerodynamic focus, it offered a glimpse into the future of automotive design.
